With Alina Castellon, Mindy Kaya and Beth Pedrick
July 1 - 5, 2026
🌿 About the Retreat
The Mother–Daughter Retreat is a 5-day immersive experience designed to nurture connection, understanding, and meaningful time together.
Set in the peaceful beauty of San Juan del Sur, this retreat offers a space to slow down, step away from daily distractions, and truly be present with one another. Through a blend of guided healing practices, shared experiences, and time in nature, mothers and daughters are invited to reconnect on a deeper level.
Each day includes a balance of gentle movement, healing circles, nourishing meals, and optional excursions, creating space for both reflection and joy. Whether through meaningful conversations, moments of stillness, or shared adventure, the experience supports stronger bonds, deeper understanding, and lasting memories.
This retreat is an invitation to relax, reflect, and reconnect—together.
